Phase 1 – Inception: Define project scope into the detail

Goal of this phase is to document the project scope into the details.

• Document full functional requirements
• Lock candidate architectures and tools
• Prototype user interface and functions
• Detail all technical interfaces

Phase 2 – Elaboration: Build a technical proof of concept

Develop Proof of Concept application, proving following technical risks:

• Proof multi-platform compatibility on iOS and Android
• Show a map on the device with current position
• Basis integration with linked backend system

Phase 3 – Construction

• Full graphical design of the application screens and graphical elements.
• Full development and testing of the application on defined target platforms and devices.
• A User Acceptance test phase, concluded with an issue fix round if needed leading to the Provisional Acceptance.

Phase 4 – Deployment

Submit both application to both Google Play and Apple iTunes stores, including all registration and admin.
